During the workshop, we help participants create a clear value proposition by identifying customer pain points, desired outcomes, and differentiators.

We define the ICP by analyzing customer data, market segments, and behavioral patterns. Participants then create detailed profiles of their most valuable and likely-to-convert customers, who benefit most from their offerings and align with their business goals.
